Frost Day!
Today was a very interesting day because it was really cold out but also very foggy. On my walk to my french class, another student and I noticed that all the trees were covered in snowy/ice and looked really beautiful. I took some photos and thought I would share them with you.
I thought the sculpture looked really neat – like a guy frozen in time (for those of you who’ve seen the BBC version of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe – it reminds me of the character’s frozen by the White Witch…)
I thought it looked beautiful – and I wished I had a better camera with me. But I was happy with the quality of my point and shoot shots – you can’t really see the fog but you get the idea of the snowy/ice trees.
Also, my aerogarden is well on it’s way! The tomato plant is looking like a proper plant and the herbs and lettuce is doing well also.
I think this is almost ready to eat!
I am really enjoying watching the plants grow now as they seem to be getting bigger every day.
My eye is doing much better now – although I still have some issues focusing I think that I’m well on the way and am hoping to start some of my art projects this week and this weekend. I’m really looking forward to working with the idea of “All my Relations” and other ideas that have been floating around my head for a while.
Cheers!
