So normally I don’t use photoshop when I work with my photos but the time when that rule may be broken is when I work with wedding photos. Sometimes I feel inspired to highlight things and edit the photos in photoshop. (Please note that minors were blurred from these images.)

I’ve been working putting together images from two weddings in order to prepare their wedding albums. It’s been so enjoyable and I’ve been planning what photos look well together and looking for group shots with good expressions.

I have also been picking portraits of the bride and groom from L&B’s wedding to pair together.

At this wedding Michael took over in the late evening to capture the party atmosphere and practice using the D-SLR. This photo has a lot of energy and I really like it! Michael really likes to capture high energy photos and candids and has been working on his composition which I think is really showing!

Also going on this week – GARDENING! My tree from the city project arrived which was very exciting! It was the juneberry which was my second choice from this free program. We planted the tree yesterday and then I finished planting the rest of the flowers we had purchased today.

How many plants can you fit in a Smart car? This and 5 bags of dirt! Sweet! I picked up a peony and some blueberry plants which made me very excited!

In the spring my strawberry plants came back to life much to my delight and has been spreading into these giant plants – my pansies also came back which are one of my favorite flowers.

I’ve also been preparing ideas and notes for a photoshoot I have next week which I’m really looking forward to. That being said my mind is full of ideas and images!! stay tuned…
