Cell phone pics – home and away
The sun was rising when I was leaving for work – and the way the light came through the clouds was so cool because it was so dark from the storm and then the light started streaming through the clouds.
Having a camera on my cell phone is one of my favorite things – my cell phone was a gift from my husband and when it came out having a camera with a flash was pretty rare and I was thrilled. Cell phone photos and toy camera photos are in the same category to me and are mainly for fun but can also be creative and cool also.
old Montreal signage and new Montreal signage – Montreal sports a lot of old signage on buildings in old Montreal but there is also a lot of graffiti.
We walked along the port in old Montreal and came to the clock tower which had 192 stairs – we walked up the steps but when it came to the spiral staircase I bowed out (not great on the spiral staircases) but I was interested in the clock and looking out the tiny windows.
My friend and I were looking at the mechanism and watching how it was working for a while before starting back down the steps.
It was supposed to be a rainy day and in the end it was cloudy at points but for the most part it was sunny and bright so we were really thrilled with how the weather turned out.
We had a really enjoyable day and walked around Old Montreal and I got to spend time with best-friends which is always fab!

Cool pics. Glad you had a good day too. The weather was so much better than predicted, in fact it was almost perfect for us cycling around!

So that’s what you were up to when we were walking around! Was fantastic. I really need to show you some of the pics I took of the international firework festival…AMAZING if I do say so myself
I think I like the bridge picture the most….so antique-like, which is always mesmerizing.
