This past weekend we were invited to hear our friends perform with their band the Studio Rockets. A bunch of people from our soccer team joined us to make it a fun evening.

The first band up was Cold Coffee and Salty Boots.

Then the Studio Rockets!

Working in the low, red light conditions were challenging with my lumix but I was still happy with the pics – I did not like the quality of photo when using the flash and I felt it really lost the atmosphere as well.

Most of my photos were taken at 1/8 to 1/10 s. and f/3.7 and 3.8 ISO 3200.
We had a great time and enjoyed some great music!

Last night we went to another amazing U2 concert! This was our first for the 360 tour and loved it! Here a few from the start – I took over 550 photos so I’m sorting through them now!

Here they are right in front of us!

When I was a little girl growing up my friend’s and I started the “Green Club” – we had various activities that we used to do but part of that club was that we all loved the New Kids on the Block, aka NKOTB, (that being said, I think some liked them more than others). Read the rest of this entry »
