During the day we walked, took the subway and used the hop on hop off bus tour. All 3 were great ways to get around the city – we never took a cab, except for the car hire to get to and from the airport. Read the rest of this entry »

Our long weekend in New York was really amazing and go, go, go every day. We tried to fit as much into our trip as we could. At night we did a lot of walking, our “flâneur walking tours of New York” (as coined by my husband) – we just went where ever we thought looked cool and found a lot of the places we wanted to see.
