So after I finished my last wedding shower cake my sister’s whose birthday was this weekend promptly commented that her birthday was coming up and she sent me a picture of the cake that she wanted which was an incredible 3D super mario inspired cake. Now, I have only taken 2 cake decorating courses and although I’m improving the details of this cake were beyond my beginner capability and I didn’t have all the tools necessary to make a cake of that detail. But I knew she really wanted a super mario cake so I set out to take her challenge and do my best.
